she creates and she can make cards!!!

With the help of Sara, we made cards last nite and this afternoon!! We had a GREAT time. She really pushed me to the limit as far as paper piecing goes. (AND getting those Halloween cards done-THANKS SARA!) We found out she's a much better paper piecer than I am!! LOL

We got out my cricut & DL'd some files (some from the Dafont and other from the ladies at craftedge forums and some from our very own Aimee!!) (((I'll come back & post credit to the file makers, i need to browse thru my lapttop and see what files i got from where.)
Importantly, I used everything here from MY STASH!!!! I'm so stoked!! Items i've hoarded for years!!!!! AGAIN, Thank you Sara for making me use these items!!! :) (Items from swap items, secret sister gifts)

I got this from Amyee's blog. We used the haunted house. Twas fun!! Sara pieced the house together and we sticked the moon and chalked the edges..

I got these bat files from cuts4scrapbooking blog. (I think that the was the name of the blog, i'll get the site when i got thru my laptop.

These next three, i don't remember the name of the blogs that i DL'd them from, but like i stated, i'll get the name of the blogs that i got them from. Such awesome talent on the net that these people have! Thanks for letting me use them! :)

I got these images from dafont.com

Ziggs 13 Day challenge day 7

what think I have a crop and not be inspired by Tim Holtz!? LOL I was at an antique store today wishing I had his brain cause I would have seen awesome stuff to do with old post office box fronts LOL http://timholtz.typepad.com/my_weblog/2008/10/october-techniq.html something Halloween themed and be inspired by Tim I know we don't all have crackle paints or fragments or the cool stamp or at least paint and ink that match like that LOL But you can stickle some letters, if you don't have his Distresser for edging all it is, is a thread cutter! I got one for like 2 dollars at AC Moore just a one side so check out your sewing supplies or sewing section! Use regular paint if you don't have crackle. I know I did an old Bowling LO I colored some of the circle tags with metal rims to look like bowling balls, punched two more holes did rubon letters and covered them with clear circle stickers to make them look like bowling balls. So take anything clear and stick it over a paper element to make it pop out more (also works with those marble things you put in fish bowls if you don't mind weight)Hope ya'll SEE POSSIBLITIES! (lol sry referencing his shirts )Ziggy

Okay, Ziggs, i've done all the challenges, now. Except for the one you just posted..

here's my take.. Now i remember why i don't make cards.. LOL
AS you can tell, i started to paint the bottom of it and didn't like where it was going, so i covered it up w/paper.. LOL

SU products, stamp is Mike's $1.00 halloween stamp i bought years ago. LOL The lettesr are punch outs i got from a swap on my LJ secret sisters 4 years ago!!! I still have the whole kit!!!!! I've only used these three items from that kit(which are the letters B-O-O i used for this card)!! LOL *rolleyes* at me.. LOL

Gonna send this to Sara. LOL She loves mail. LOL
