Being Impatient

I'm making a 6x12 wedding album for my cousin's wedding next weekend - well, i used my Bind It All to put the pages together, but i painted my owires black.. but living in Dallas it's a bit humid, even in the evening. Well, the owires sat drying outside for FOREVER! (about an hour or so,-- while we went swimming). I picked up the o-wires and they were still a bit tacky so i brought them inside and let them dry at room temperature - well, it dried so i put my album together and but the paint hadn't dried completely - after i binded my album, some of the paint came off.. :( i guess i'll just have to add ribbons/fibers to the wire to cover up the where the paint came off :( oh well, my fault.. LOL
